Common questions
I can't pair with my partner.
Invite codes are valid for ten minutes. If yours has expired, ask the inviting partner to generate a new one. Both partners need to be signed into iCloud on their device for pairing to work.
My subscription was charged but I want a refund.
All Seuil subscriptions are billed by Apple. Refund requests go through Apple directly: open the App Store on your iPhone, tap your profile, then "Purchase History," and request a refund on the relevant transaction.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, then Seuil. You can cancel from there. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.
What does graduation mean?
Seuil is built to make itself unnecessary. After about two months of consistent use and seven "yes, I already knew" answers from each partner, you've graduated. From that point you can step down to a free tier (gauges and optional inputs only, no briefing, no charge), or keep the briefing if it's still earning its keep.
I want to delete all my data.
Deleting the app removes all on-device data and your local Keychain entries. Your iCloud signals and partner records are removed automatically. There is no separate Seuil account to delete; your iCloud identity is the account. For specific data requests, email privacy@seuil.app.
Will Seuil ever read my health data?
HealthKit data is read on your device with your permission and processed entirely on your device. Raw values never leave the phone. Only general descriptive terms (for example, "low HRV, recovery likely needed") are used to enrich the briefing's "why," and they're treated as derivatives, not raw numbers. System requirements
Seuil requires iOS 17 or later, an Apple ID signed into iCloud, and an iPhone with HealthKit support (any iPhone from the past several years). Both partners need their own subscription on their own Apple ID.
